Your Responsibilities

• Providing organizational and administrative assistance to our CEO
• Coordinating, organising and helping to prepare appointments in house and on site, business trips, conferences, fairs and presentations
• Travel management
• (Key) account management – tending to the needs ofboth national and international customers
• Acting as an interface between management, employees, customers, suppliers and business partners
• Helping establish and expand new sales channels

Your Profile

• You have completed a training or hold a degree in business administration
• You have past work experience in a simlar position
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a basic understanding / interest in all things technical
• You are able to withstand and cope with high levels of stress and are highly motivated
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite
• You speak German fluently and are highly proficient in English

Your Responsibilities

• Helping us in setting up and expanding our e-commcerce business both B2B and B2C
• Helping us in setting up an international sales network
• Handling both national and international inquiries
• Preparing and attending fairs
• Supervising our social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Xing)
• Online marketing via Google Adwords and Facebook
• Analysing our target groups
• Helping us establish a customer loyalty scheme / management

Your profile

• You are student of International Sales and Marketing Technology or International Marketing Sales
• You have good MS office skills
• You have experience with Google Adwords
• You speak and write English, German and possibly also another foreign language fluently
• You are a diligent worker, placing a special focus on precision
• You are creative and used to working on your own
• You are available for at least 12 hours every week
